We are looking for a Senior Executive, Campaigns to be part of our Growth Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, this position plays a vital role of managing marketing and communication campaigns for the team.

You will work closely with the Lead, Campaigns to develop and implement marketing strategies. This role will focus heavily on building the marketing calendar, as well as execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and activities that drive growth for our brand and business, and support improvements of marketing capabilities.

Our ideal candidate is someone who's a generalist Marketer; someone with experience in a wide variety of B2C campaigns.

Day to Day Activities

  • Assume responsibility for end-to-end management of multi-touchpoint marketing campaigns. This may include promotional campaigns, new feature launches, service adoption or education, and brand campaigns
  • Work with business analysts and data scientists to produce actionable insights that inform strategic marketing and demand generation initiatives
  • Develop and implement strategies for segmenting users in order to deliver personalised marketing communications, enhance user experience, and improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Track campaign performance and key metrics, measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation, report on results including ROI, LTV, and other key performance indicators to stakeholders and senior management
  • Consult with brand and creative teams to ensure best-in-class content and campaigns
  • Partner with data, technology and other teams to build and improve marketing capabilities
  • Assist team lead in driving operational improvements and efficiency within the team by identifying and integrating new processes and technology solutions that enhance workflow and productivity
  • Work alongside internal stakeholders to manage issues and enquiries arising from marketing engagements
  • Support the development and growth of Campaigns initiatives across all channels and markets, and any other marketing communications initiatives

Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in managing marketing campaigns, particularly across digital channels including mobile app, website, social media, etc.
  • Experience running marketing campaigns with multi-channel executions, online and offline
  • A resourceful self-starter who's ambitious, curious, and driven. You have a knack for improving yourself, are eager to try new things and learn from it, and have a keen interest in consumer behaviour.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, utilising data for effective problem solving, making informed decisions and evaluating campaign performance
  • A highly effective communicator and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional project management capabilities enabling successful coordination with various stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines
  • A creative and strategic mind, capable of developing innovative solutions to address business challenges
  • Familiarity with orchestrating campaigns using marketing automation platforms, e.g. CleverTap, Braze, or other similar platforms is a plus
