What The Role Is
You play a pivotal role in driving promotion and recognition initiatives for Full-time National Servicemen (NSFs) and Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen) in the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).
What You Will Be Working On
On this, you monitor various performance metrics to identify trends and propose data-driven decisions for timely interventions. You perform eligibility and verification checks to ensure accurate and timely administration of promotion and recognition initiatives. In addition, you work closely with multiple agencies to gather background information and analyse data to provide insights into various National Service (NS) performance indicators. Your challenge lies in being meticulous and proactive, as well as being able to work under tight and multiple deadlines.
What We Are Looking For
You must have a tertiary qualification in Human Resource or Human Capital Management, preferably with at least 3 years' working experience in HR. You must possess good team spirit, be meticulous, be self-motivated, and be confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels. Possession of good time management and strong interpersonal skills is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
