As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the international business while also providing essential HR functions. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth operations, maintain process efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the department. You will work closely with executive management and team to execute operational plans, meet organizational objectives, and support HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with payroll partners to process monthly payroll and verify payroll accuracy.
  • Handle Regional Recruitment and process work visa applications.
  • Prepare HR letters, including employment letters, confirmation letters, bonus letters, and annual review documents.
  • Manage staff onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring updates are made accurately.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports, presentations, and necessary documentation.
  • Support the team in managing relationships with key stakeholders and identify process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or a related field, those with a Master's degree will have a definite advantage.
  • Proven experience in international business operations is REQUUIRED.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational projects.
  • Excellent project management skills with an analytical mindset, strong attentionn to detail is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you must able to handle high pressured situations.
  • You must have international experience.
  • As you will be dealing with Greater China offices fluent Chinese is a Must.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 1-2 years in a management position.
