The Role

As the Vice President of Sales - APJ, you will oversee the regional go-to-market strategy, drive pipeline growth, and mentor sales teams to deliver exceptional results. Reporting directly to the Global Chief Sales Officer, this is your chance to lead transformational growth in one of the world’s most dynamic markets for enterprise software.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Shape the regional go-to-market plan, targeting financial institutions (Banks) with cutting-edge fraud prevention solutions.
  • Drive High-Value Deal Execution: Lead and coach teams to close complex deals ranging from $250K to $5M with enterprise clients.
  • Build and Manage a Qualified Pipeline: Ensure disciplined pipeline development, accurate forecasting, and consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Strengthen Customer Relationships: Build trust with key financial services clients, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and Inspire Sales Teams: Oversee a team of Enterprise Account Execs and Account Managers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives with existing customers through strategic account planning.

About You

Proven Experience

  • Enterprise Software Expertise: 6+ years of experience selling fraud prevention or related solutions to the financial services sector.
  • Sales Leadership: 15+ years in leadership roles, driving success with global software sales teams.
  • Pipeline and Forecasting Excellence: Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistently qualified pipeline and accurate forecasting.
  • Account Strategy: Skilled in reducing churn, driving upsells, and managing complex account planning processes.
  • Private Equity Experience: Comfortable operating in PE-backed environments, maximizing results with lean resources.
