As a Talent Acquisition Manager / TA Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to be a trusted partner to our hiring teams, develop improved interview and evaluation processes and participate in various talent acquisition projects of continuous improvement. Partner with the business to create sourcing strategies that will attract diverse talent that is second to none. What we seek to accomplish together:
- Serve as the internal Talent Advisor towards the hiring needs while simultaneously directly handling and recruiting for multiple key technology roles
- Oversee and invest in an excellent candidate experience and review data at all stages of the funnel to drive and maintain excellence
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters on creating role requirements that map to the needs of the business through thoughtful intake meeting conversations
- Canvas industry events externally and develop various strategies to leverage shifts that happen in the market periodically
- Work with all internal stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure the function of talent acquisition specific to high-demand roles (i.e. software engineers) continues to improve and advance
- Help prioritize diversity and inclusion and challenge unconscious bias to support betterment
Your First 100 Days
- Get to know NCS Group and see how you will impact teams and where you fit in the larger picture by working with your Lead and Hiring Managers / subject matter experts to begin developing a more specialized understanding of your assigned functional areas of the business.
- Undergo in-depth training for our Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors & SmartRecruiters), AI Interview Scheduling App (Paradox) and TA workflow to manage your work and collaborate with the larger team (Early Careerss, TA Operations & other TABPs).
- Independently own full-cycle recruitment for your assigned functional area to support your team’s overall requisition load. Be comfortable with the high speed & volume! Make your first few hires with excellent feedback from both candidates & hiring managers!
A little about you:
- Demonstrated experience working as a Technology Recruiter, ideally in-house at high-growth startups or larger tech companies. Prior experience in recruitment agencies with a specialism in Tech Recruiting is welcome.
- Keen understanding and experience with recruiting metrics, and extremely comfortable with Applicant Tracking Systems & intricate workflow and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in evolving, fast-changing environments.
- Proactive and collaborative with the ability to ideate and manage new initiatives; demonstrating a hands-on and highly organized approach to all tasks.
