Job Description:
The P&A Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans that promote CYS Global Remit (CGR) products, services, and brand to specific target segments. The main objective is to drive lead generation, lead conversion, sales engagement, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives through various channels and segments.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, collaborating with the Digital Media Marketing (DMM) Team, the Payment Service Support (PSS) Team, and the Customer Success Management (CSM) Team.
- Identify target customers and market segments to attract potential customers.
- Qualify and assess leads and convert potential warm leads into customers for onboarding.
- Maintain and improve relationships with customers and partners to achieve higher growth and sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct overseas travel as part of CGR Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements in the onboarding process.
- Maintain strict adherence to Company Code of Conduct, including compliance with all KYC, CDD, and AML Policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum a polytechnic diploma holder, a degree in marketing is advantageous.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge in Forex or cross-border payment will be an advantage.
- Digital marketing skills such as content creation and creative design is an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficient in creative writing.
- Knowledge in regional languages will be a great advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent soft skills and good human relations.
- Ability to travel within short notice.
- Strong ability to multi-task and meet targets under pressure.
