As a Payroll Executive, you will be assisting with the following:
Manage the main and ad-hoc payroll processing runs per month such as salary payment, bonuses and festive advance payments, including but not limited to data verifications, prepare and consolidate reports, seek approvals of payments
Manage and process employees’ claims and reimbursement process, such as overtime, night duty allowance, including submission and processing of Government-paid leave claims and National Service make-up claims, and ensuring relevant database are recorded accurately and timely
Provide support for any payroll audit, such as preparation of documents for auditor’s sighting and provide answer(s) to auditor’s queries where required
Perform payroll related reconciliation, such as bank reconciliation and prepare reclassification where required
Ensure statutory filing such as CPF submission Annual Tax reporting, IR21 and other filing is carried out on time
Participate in system enhancement activities such as systems User Acceptance Testing of application where required
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or relevant
Experience in payroll of more than 1000 headcounts
Experience in SAP software is added advantage
