Responsibility:
Handle inbound calls from customers to assess their needs and provide suitable solutions and support.
Respond to customer queries and concerns with the goal of achieving first call resolution.
FollOw up promptly with customers to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant business partners to enhance the overall customer experience.
Identify and introduce cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions regarding a wide range of banking products (e.g., CPF/SRS, housing loans, auto loans, interest rates, deposits).
Utilize customer service and sales skills to maximize customer satisfaction with each interaction.
Requirements:
Possession of a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Strong passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced and demanding setting.
Willingness to commit to a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience in a banking environment is advantageous.
Familiarity with call center operations is essential, as the environment is highly regulated, with all calls monitored and key performance indicators (KPIs) in place.
Candidates should be comfortable in a desk-bound role and prepared to engage in cross-selling activities, such as discussing personal loans and compound interest.
