The Role
· Assist with all operational activities relating to facilities and maintenance for all company’s properties (Commercial, Industrial, and Residential)
· Manage minor A&A works M&E/facility-related repair and replacement works
· Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment such as HVAC, fire protection system, plumbing, lighting, generator, etc.
· Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment
· Assist with the management of security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, customers, and others
· Manage the company’s property portfolio
· Perform any other duties assigned
Requirements
· A Diploma/Degree holder in Building, Estate Management, or related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance
· Experience in performing simple jobs and perform basic electrical hands-on works
· Able to interpret electrical diagrams
· Team player, results-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
· Possess good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
