Responsibilities:
Do food preparation, organise mise-en-place for your section, assist Sous Chef and CDP in preparing food as per recipes and follow SOP.
Prepare different meats, sauces, dressings and other semi-finished and finished products.
Packing of bento meals and other catering items.
Preparation of beverages, such as tea and hot coffee.
Receive deliveries, do stocktake and arrange inventory as per FEFO standard.
Manage wastages, spoilage, turnovers and inventory of ingredients.
Clean, sanitise and maintain workstations and equipment in kitchen as per cleaning and sanitising schedule.
Adhere to kitchen and service standards of the Company and maintain high standards in quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years
Good communication skills with good command of English
Willingness to learn and ambition to grow
Working Hours:
5 days / 44 Hours per week
Public holiday and weekends availability
OT and Off-in-lieu
