Analyze large and complex data sets related to policy administration, payment transactions, customer demographics, policy renewals, and service interactions.
Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to improve policy retention, customer satisfaction, payment processing efficiency, and fraud detection.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
4+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst or similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Experience with ETL tools, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or PowerBI) and statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression, predictive analytics) is a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
Familiarity with insurance data, policy administration systems, and payment processing is a plus.
Ability to draw insights from data to provide practical solutions.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and succinct manner to various stakeholders.
