What does the job consist?:
Responsibilities:
  • Scanning physical documents to create high-quality digital copies.
  • Labelling digital files using a standardized naming and filing system.
  • Ensuring each digital file is accurately associated with the correct employee.
  • Conducting quality assurance to verify the accuracy and readability of digital files.
  • Assisting with secure disposal or shredding of physical documents, if required.
Requirements & qualifications:
  • Min. diploma holder
  • Experience in Excel & Google drive
