We are seeking an experienced People Consulting & Analytics Manager to lead the management and implementation of people analytics and solutions across Singtel Group. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, deep knowledge of people analytics tools, and experience with system integrations. A key aspect of this role will be leveraging data to create actionable insights, build compelling dashboards and drive change management initiatives to secure stakeholder buy-in. The successful candidate will also be responsible for aligning analytics with business objectives, ensuring data-driven decisions are made, and continuously optimising people-related processes across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Governance & Integration: Manage the governance, implementation, integration, and maintenance of people analytics tools and related applications.
- Project Management: Manage projects focused on the design, deployment, and optimization of people analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Create and maintain dashboards to provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Consulting & Advisory: Provide HR consulting expertise using people data to support decision making, improve employee experience, and support organisational growth through best practices and process improvements.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to facilitate the successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure compliance to governance frameworks.
- Data Integrity & Security: Ensure data integrity and security across analytics systems by conducting regular audits and compliance checks.
- Presentation & Communication: Create and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, human resources, or a related field; and having IHRP certification is advantageous.
- Proven experience in people analytics management, including project management and system integrations.
- Expertise in creating dashboards and visualisations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to drive stakeholder engagement and adoption.
- Experience with HR consulting work, providing guidance on best practices and process improvements.
- Experience with change management and driving organisational transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
