As a Retail Sales Associate at Y21, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude.
Provide knowledgeable advice on our products, helping customers find items that suit their style and needs.
Maintain an inviting store environment by keeping displays tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
Support inventory management by restocking, conducting stock counts, and managing product displays.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Qualifications:
Preferred working experience in retail fashion trade.
A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Part Time :
3-4 days week including 1 Saturday / Sunday (8.5 hours shift excluding break)
Able to commit minimum 4 months, until April 2025
Hourly rate of $11.50
Extra pay for working on public holidays.
Full Time :
5 days work week, 8.5 hours excluding breaks.
Able to work on weekends and PH.
Basic + Attractive Commission.
