We're looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join our dynamic team. You'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers daily and ensuring they have an exceptional experience.
What you'll do:
Nurture and manage relationships with our high-value clients, providing top-notch service and support.
Assist customers in placing orders, answering their questions, and guiding them through the process seamlessly.
Engage with our online community, responding to inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, providing prompt and effective solutions.
What you'll need:
Experience in client relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A positive and can-do attitude
