  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role:

We are seeking for Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive our organization presence in Singapore. If you are capable, and have ability to work independently with proven track records, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Business development: Reach out to potential clients, and offering them about or recruitment services
  • Understand client needs: Identify job vacancies and understand the client's hiring needs
  • Source candidates: Use job portals, social media, and networking events to attract candidates
  • Assess candidates: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications
  • Present candidates: Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interviews
  • Negotiate offers: Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process
  • Build relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Provide guidance: Provide guidance on industry trends and help candidates prepare for interviews
  • Train and mentor: Source, hire, train, mentor, manage, and motivate new recruiters

Requirements:

  • A proven track record as a recruitment consultant, ideally with min 2 years of experiences
  • Ability to solve problems and be organised in your thinking and approach to work
  • Outstanding communication and influencing/ interpersonal skills.
  • A professional, self-motivated individual with a relentlessly positive attitude, desire to learn, and a team player.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-confidence, and someone who thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month
