The title holder is a self-driven, inquisitive, organised and personable individual that reports to the operations manager. He/She is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our business operations by building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality service to our customers. He/She will:
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Handle customer queries and ensure that all matters are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Attend regular update meetings with customers
Plan and manage the allocation of the manpower of the operations team at the various work sites
Analyse data for basic signs and indications of potential problems
Maintain company level accreditations, registrations and workheads with the relevant authorities
Ensure that SOP and manuals are updated and compliant with the latest regulations and accreditation standards
Conduct site inspections to ensure that SOPs are adhered to and take corrective actions when necessary
Conduct site surveys for potential sites and identify areas where we can add value
Prepare documents for tender submissions
Prepare risk assessment, method of work and complete necessary permits applications
Requirements
Minimum Degree with a major in related fields will be advantageous
2-3 years of working experience in related role
Well-organised and pro-active
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Strong logical reasoning ability and efficient in problem solving
