JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactive to utilize upselling techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets
Demonstrate initiative by staying informed on new products and promotions to make recommendations to customers and drive sales
Ensure all shelves are well-stocked while adhering to the visual merchandising guidelines
Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment
Process all sales transactions and handle cash, credit and all other forms of payments accurately and efficiently using POS (Point-Of-Sales) System
Responsible for cash collections, withdrawals and reconciliation of all transactions at the end of each shift
Stay informed and adhere to duty-free allowances, age restrictions, and other relevant regulations
Be the company’s front-line ambassador to uphold company’s branding and image
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Sales experience in retail industry will be an added advantage
Highly motivated and sales driven, comfortable working in a KPI oriented environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach
Strong communication skills and able to work well within a team
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
Multilingual skills will be an added advantage to assist international travellers
Able to commit to rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
