Handle customer inquiries primarily via phone, delivering efficient and direct solutions in a fast-paced, transactional environment.
️ Utilize CRM software to manage calls, update systems, and reference knowledge bases to resolve issues effectively.
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new systems meet customer needs and function smoothly.
Adapt to changing work demands and take on various tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Min N/O Levels or equivalent
Good Communication and Listening Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
