- Support the Experience team in defining the strategy and desired outcomes for wavespace experiences.
- Support the Experience Designers in content creation for wavespace experiences, in both physical and digital formats, including but not limited to personas, wireframes, journey maps and blueprints, rapid prototypes, UX/UI specifications, pattern libraries and interaction models.
- Support our clients in the use of collaborative tools during wavespace experiences.
- Assist the Experience team with the co-ordination of third-party and external vendors.
- Communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively to all audiences using sketches, storytelling, mood boards/storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and/or data visualizations.
- Contribute to the continued development of wavespace, through supporting areas such as methodology development, marketing and building the pipeline
- Identify opportunities to market wavespace and procure new projects through direct contact, word-of-mouth and collaboration with EY's various service lines.
- Assist with project management and influencing stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Review client feedback and collaborate with the team to implement the necessary changes.
- Gather and analyze data for business reporting and identifying business opportunities.
- Help to review, streamline and give suggestions to improve business processes.
- Keep up with trends in consumption and innovation to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

- Have a good understanding of (and preferably experience in) design thinking and working on agile teams.
- Experience using (and a passion for) interactive technology and collaboration tools, such as Mural, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Trained in a design discipline, preferably graphic and/or UI/UX design
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing or an equivalent
- Be a strong communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to connect the dots to solve business problems.
- Knowledge and familiarity with data analytics, visualization and reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview, Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.
