Major Duties & Responsibilities
(A) Specific :
- To arrange daily operation team schedule & needs.
- To liaise with sales, customers, suppliers and management.
- To update daily FMS data for operation and inventories.
- To update monthly LP renewal.
(B) General :
- To conduct every morning operations briefing.
- To ensure workshop and yard housekeeping.
- To cover sales duties when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
(C) Safety :
- Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations.
Job Requirements
(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :
- GCE O level and above.
- Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
(B) Knowledge & Skills :
- Good computer knowledge.
- Good communications skills at different levels.
- Good interpersonal skills.
(C) Experience :
- Preferably with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
