Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, benefits, and deductions.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely updates for new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor laws, and company policies.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit statutory filings, such as taxes, social security contributions, and other required reports.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and industry best practices.
Requirement:
- Min Diploma Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
- Familiarity with labor laws and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of multi-country payroll processing.
- Certification in payroll management is a plus.
