JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and support the sales team in all sales-related activities
• Organize and manage overseas sales training programs, including scheduling, logistics,
and materials preparation.
• Maintain and update sales databases and customer records.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and training materials.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and training programs.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
• Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales and training coordination.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• NITEC / Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in sales administration preferred
• Meticulous, self-motivated, well organised and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication Skills - Verbal/Written
