Job Duties

Handle and reply to Retailers’ and Regulator’s enquiries accurately and timely
Contribute and meet the KPI of both personal and team targets
Conduct and support Retailers for Market Trial
Work in close collaboration within team and internal departments for UAT and other tasks assigned
Analyse situation and provide with the best appropriate solution
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Covers MIMO/GE Exception duties

Requirements

Entry Level are welcomed to apply
Minimum Diploma from a local Polytechnic
1-2 years of processing experience will be preferred
Knowledge in systems (e.g., SAP) will be preferred
Possess initiative, confidence and the ability to work independently
Possess good oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
A team player with a positive service mindset who thrives in a fast paced environment
Meticulous, attentive to details and a fast learner
