  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm (rotating Sat half day 8am - 2pm) - OT paid
Salary: up to $2600/month

Job scope

Prepare and manage large volume of shipping documentations (Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Orders and Airway Bill) by stipulated daily schedules to facilitate outbound shipment delivery to customers
Document Control and Accuracy – Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete and comply with industry regulations and Company standards
Logistics Coordination – Coordinate import shipment documentations with forwarders for timely transportation to Warehouse
Communication – Act as the main point of contact with regards to any shipping enquiries and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of daily operations
Reporting – Perform operation management reports


Requirement

Min Diploma in logistics management or relevant studies
min 1 year of logistics exp handling imports/export shipping documents
