What you will be working on
You will be involved in various job functions to:
Develop user insights, map user journeys, and iteratively design learning experiences for Infocomm Media Club members and teachers under the Discover pillar.
Establish and maintain partnerships with industry players, educational institutions, and community partners to deploy programmes effectively in schools and communities.
Manage the execution of the National Youth Tech Championship, collaborating with industry professionals, schools, and event organisers.
Contribute to the design and implementation of a strategic media plan to engage stakeholders in promoting the National Youth Tech Championship.
Key Competencies and Experience
Minimally Tertiary qualification in preferably Information Systems, Communications Studies, Arts & Social Sciences, Business Management or equivalent.
Demonstrate a keen interest in designing public education programmes for youth in technology and media.
Possess a strong understanding of youth trends, engagement strategies, and contemporary media consumption habits.
Possess at least 2 years of experience in public education, consumer marketing, and business development.
Exhibit strong project management, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills. Demonstrate proficiency in working with numbers and meticulous attention to tracking and reporting project schedules.
Display excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
