Job Scope:
Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other bakery items according to recipes and production schedules.
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately to ensure consistent quality in baked goods.
Monitor baking processes and adjust temperatures, oven settings, and timings to achieve desired results and ensure high-quality standards.
Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, and report stock levels to ensure timely replenishment.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards by cleaning workstations, equipment, and tools regularly.
Assist in packaging baked goods and, if required, interact with customers to provide product recommendations or take custom orders.
