Baker

Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items including breads, cakes, donuts etc

· Follow standardized recipes and instructions to ensure product consistency and quality. 遵循标准化食谱和说明，确保产品的一致性和质量。

· Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and ensure products are baked to the right texture and flavour.

· Responsible with the daily order fulfilment

· Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production needs.

· Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

· Passionate about the bakery and baking industry

对面包店和烘焙行业充满热情

· Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients

· Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail

· Relevant work experience of baker or related is preferred

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Salary can be negotiated based on experiences.
