As a Sales Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation, responsible for driving sales of our high-quality design and construction services to residential and commercial clients in Singapore. What you'll be doing
Engaging with prospective clients to understand their design and construction needs
Crafting and presenting tailored design proposals that showcase our capabilities and exceed client expectations
Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to secure new projects
Collaborating with our in-house design and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and generating repeat business
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and providing valuable insights to the broader team
Participating in marketing activities and events to promote our brand and generate leads
What we're looking for
Proven track record of successful sales experience in the design and construction industry
Strong design skills and the ability to visualise and present creative solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with construction materials, building regulations, and project management processes
Proficient in the use of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
