Main Duties are:

a) Admin matter
- Assist leader in coordination for CM, safety, inspection and project support
- Attend to E-quiz, workshop, briefing and development training
- Observe work procedure on safety and regulatory compliance
- Maintain maintenance documentation like RTU datalist, drawings, etc
- Monitor Inventory/spares as directed by supervisor


b) SCS Line Maintenance
- Perform system backup, preventive and corrective maintenance timely
- Attend to all calls and SAP work notifications for PM and CM
- Report work details in eSFR for all related to first line maintenance
- Ensure all reported fault reports and PM work orders are closed promptly
- Perform good housekeeping (safe and hazard-free) of SCS equipment room at stations, base office
- Review and update of PM Work specs, instruction or project procedure and risks assessment
- Perform QA check on repaired item at site; as applicable
- Perform In-house repair as may be assigned when appropriate
- Optimize the usage of spare parts and consumable items


c) Project, Engineering & Technical support
- Perform Station Person-in-charge duties for any SCS A&A and contractor work to ensure compliance with safety requirements and obey all safety instructions and procedures as specified in safety manuals and circulars
- Perform and provide support in fault-finding and investigation to all parties
- Attend to safety inspection/audit of SCS system/equipment and process
- Attend to works by external parties including LTA, and contractors.
- Consolidate & organize the collection of technical data of equipment as required by Supervisor
- Review technical manuals/drawings on “as-built” correctness submitted by contractors
- Propose areas for improvements proactively
- Respond to emergency recall as required by Supervisor
- Perform night work related duty or cover as assigned and directed by Supervisor
