  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Plan and execute servicing and maintenance of ASRS installation in respect of the PLC control and conveyor systems.

2. Responsibilities of operating and maintenance of the ASRS equipment.

3. Resolve operational problem relating to the PLC control, sensors and conveyor system and other electrical and/or mechanical installation.

4. Improve and upgrade of the ASRS equipment.

5. Liaise closely with other department on work schedule, especially operation.

6. Keep record of maintenance, repairs, uptime/ down time and spare part list and inventories.

7. Source and replenish ASRS spare parts.

8. Prepare monthly Down time report and Spare inventory report.

9. Prepare monthly maintenance and shift schedule.

10. Support ASRS operation 24/7 or standby support for ASRS 24/7.

11. Monthly checking of sprinkler for any leakage in bloc 7.

12. Prepare the KPI and Quality Procedure.

13. Half yearly load testing of ASRS cranes and lifts.

14. Prepare the annual cost budget for ASRS maintenance
