Job Responsibilities

Provide daily office administration at HQ and operations support to retail outlets
Assist in monthly inventory check
Update, replenish, stock-take on the company’s stock
Assist on administrative work for Retail and HQ
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for operation matters (e.g., coordinate with marketing team and 3rd party platform such as Grab Food on platform promotion matters)
Packing/Sorting orders, carrying(12kg)
Answer phone calls and respond to general enquiries via email / PM/ WeChat
Involve in festive or ad hoc projects
Perform any other ad hoc duties when assigned

Requirements

Minimum GCE O Level or Higher Nitec
At least 2 years of administrative working experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required
Able to adapt to the fast-paced environment
Able to work independent or as well as in a team
Have initiative, good attitude and willing to learn
Physically fit and a good team player
Non Halal food handling

5.5 Days work weeks

Able to work on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays when required
