Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Mon – Thu), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)

Basic Salary: Up to $2,500 per month


Job Responsibilities:

Handling daily enquiries and escalations received from the public via emails and phone calls
Handing daily sorting/triaging of incoming cases from public
Support the team’s administrative tasks and undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required





Job Requirements:

GCE O Levels
Prior customer service experience in handling phone calls and emails will be advantageous.
Immediate Starters (No Notice Period)
Only Singaporeans
