Job Summary
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Obtains help by sounding alarms. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct general security-related duties
Manage access control at the different duty points
Smile and greet all incoming and employees/members/guests/visitors
Conduct staff and membership check
Assist in incident management (E.g. fire, emergency activation)
Patrolling and conducting an inspection of all emergency equipment
Manage a smooth traffic flow
Maintain and update all security occurrence book
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the superior
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum secondary education with at least 2 years of relevant security experience
Possess the Private Security License issued by the Security Industry Regulatory Department (SIRD) AED or First-Aid certified, an added advantage
Positive work attitude with strong service skill
Able to work rotating schedules including weekends and public holidays
1st shift (8am to 5.30pm), 2nd shift (2pm to 11.30pm), 3rd shift (10.30pmto 8am)
5 days work week (44 hours per week)
