Assistant Manager / Manager (Collaboration)
In this role, you will:
- Manage cooperation with strategic partners
- Identify opportunities for research collaborations by working and engaging new and existing partners, including local and overseas collaborators
- Engage in discussions with internal and external stakeholders to strategize, formulate and execute key collaboration initiatives
- Work in multi-disciplinary teams to develop required frameworks and agreements (e.g. MOU/MA/RCAs, etc)
- Plan trips, visits, engagements, bilateral forums involving Senior Management, in advancement of partnerships. These include planning and curating of agendas and delegations, planning and execution of administrative and logistical arrangements and details, and the development of briefs and talking points for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Science, Technology or Engineering
- Effective communication & presentation skills, both oral and written
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Meticulous, with good organisational skills to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills
- Keen interest in Science & Technology, effective in moving projects forward
