Job Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service via hotline calls, emails, and walk-ins
Process customer orders and assist with enrolments for new customers
Prepare daily sales reports to ensure accurate payments and stock management
Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales service (repair)
Issue products to customers and assist with merchandise and spare parts purchases
Perform stock-related duties: packing, arranging, receiving, and daily stock counts
Coordinate courier services to ensure timely deliveries
Check invoices and order forms for accuracy
Prepare and manage inventory reports and documents
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales administration
Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
