We are seeking an enthusiastic Intern to join our Commercial team. The successful intern will support the growth of Liquid Group's Commercial units and provide merchant and partner engagement activities. This is an excellent opportunity for interns who are eager to have an exposure in business development in the payments industry or fintech environment.

Responsibilities:
- Support merchant services, acquisition and retention activities.
- Support the commercial team to prepare reports for assessment and updates.
- Provide ongoing merchant and partner support and engagement activities
- Work with marketing to drive Liquid’s communication plans to merchants, consumers and partners
- Perform checks on Liquid’s merchants per Liquid’s Compliance policy
- Support merchant training on Liquid’s services
- Conduct onsite and offsite visits to check on merchant’s activities to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline or diploma with 1-2 years’ relevant experience are welcome to apply
- No prior experience required, but previous internships or related experience is an advantage
- Keen interest for exposure in business development and the payments or fintech industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic fintech environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a an advantage
