Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for facilities upkeep and maintenance.
Manage the appointed contractors and review service contracts.
Ensure that vendors cover all their servicing items as scheduled.
Plan and carry out facilities maintenance works and comply with safety requirements.
Coordinate fire drills with Building Facilities team.
Conduct investigations of accidents and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
Act as Safety Officer and ensure compliance to regulatory Act.
Other facilities duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Facilities Management or other relevant qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
Registered Fire Safety Manager or WSHA officer
Preferably with WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good interpersonal and communication skills
