Development and maintenance of Training Calendar
Deploying Training Initiatives and monitor U+ modules completion status
Review On-The-Job (OJT) Training with Service Trainer
Develop In-house course materials
Conduct In-house and Global training initiatives

Launch Performance Management training and review exercise for Operations team.
Lead in Company Townhall presentation
Monitor and coordinate training requests from all departments
Work with HR Executive and Ops to ensure NEA licenses are being applied and renewed.
Attend to CS queries, if any
Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Min 3 years of HR Learning and Development experience
Having ACLP or ACTA certification is advantageous but not a must
Possess good organization skills, meticulous, resourceful, and able to multitask
Possess excellent spoken and written communication skills
