As a Customer Service Ambassador in our hospitality/F&B establishment, you'll create exceptional experiences for our guests. You'll engage customers, assist with orders, promote our offerings, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.



Job Description:

• Greet and welcome customers, creating a warm atmosphere

• Guide customers through menu options and assist with self-order kiosks and mobile QR ordering

• Promote upselling and gather customer feedback to drive sales and improve service

• Ensure order accuracy, manage queues, and maintain high food quality standards
