JOB PURPOSE
The Customer Relations Executive is the first point of contact for customers to enquire on order-related, web page navigation and product issues. Customer Relations Executive is required to provide customer with prompt and accurate information.
This job is suitable for individuals who is interested to find out more about the day-to-day operation of the E-commerce industry in a Fashion Retail company. There will also be exposure to Logistics and Marketing in an eCommerce setting.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Respond to customer queries via Email, Call and WhatsApp
- Respond to customer queries via Social media and Marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada
- Assist customer with Returns, Exchanges, Defects and Out of Stock orders
REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must have a good command of the English language
- 5 days work week (might require to work on weekend), 9am to 6.30pm
- Able to work in a team and actively communicate
- Work under stress as customers can be demanding at times
