Roles & Responsibilities:
•Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed
•Give guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes
•Manage cycle counting program according to SLA
•Investigate stock discrepancies and feed causes for stock discrepancies through to the operation
•Investigate internal excess & short picks and feed causes through to the operation
•Report on any stock adjustments; including the reasons for these adjustments
•Responsible yearly staff performance, teamwork and etc
•Ensure KPI is met and prompt submission of reports
•Interpret and explain work procedures and policies to staff
•Prepare and manage reports, manuals, and other documents using a WMS or SAP
•Initiate and maintain orderly records in compliance with company regulations
•Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
•Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior in support of operations when necessary
The candidate is expected to satisfy the following criteria: -
•Min. Diploma or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
•Possess excellent computer skills, analytical skills, presentation skills, and good people skills
•Well written and oral communications skills
•Knowledge and working experience of supervisory principles and practices.
•Strong problem-solving ability teamed with the ability to delegate work.
•Capacity to manage and maintain an effective team environment.
•Able to follow, perform and maintain a good and positive performance in both housekeeping and safety related task assign by the management.
•Consistently demonstrate, implement and maintain an excellent service quality at all levels of the organization.
