As a Human Resources Specialist at Qi Lu Restaurants Holdings, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our restaurant continues to thrive through effective HR management. You will be responsible for managing a range of HR functions specific to the food and beverage industry, ensuring that our staff is motivated, well-trained, and aligned with our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings and conducting interviews to onboarding new staff.
Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee relations, providing guidance on conflict resolution, and promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
Administer and manage employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement plans, and other perks specific to the restaurant industry.
Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping for all restaurant staff.
Coordinate and implement training and development programs, including food safety and customer service training.
Manage performance evaluation processes, goal-setting, and career development opportunities for our restaurant staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and restaurant licensing requirements.
