The Opportunity:
Our Client, MNC Gas Engineering Company
Location: Jurong Island
Basic Salary: Up to $3,000
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are captured and invoices are checked before dispatch.
Coordinate with customers on order status, delivery timelines, and inquiries, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
Manage service events, ensuring proper documentation and invoicing.
Escalate complex issues to management for resolution and alignment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety.
Foster strong relationships across departments to improve processes and promote corporate values.
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in handling purchase orders and customer service.
Proficiency in SAP is an advantage.
Strong ability to manage customer inquiries and coordinate across departments effectively.
Familiarity with service event management and accurate documentation practices.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience;
