Responsibilities:

E-commerce Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Management (50%)

• Pick & pack ecommerce orders into small parcels in a fast and accurate way.

• Process orders from ecommerce platforms and liaise with couriers for pickup of orders.

• Prepare stocks and accessories for ad-hoc marketing campaigns / events.

• Inventory update, tally and quality checks.

• Manage inbound and outbound of goods.

• Other general assistance for the operations department as assigned by the supervisor.

Logistics, Supply Chain (50%)

• Coordinate documents with suppliers and forwarders for sea freight shipments.

• Follow up with all parties to ensure timely submission of all documents.

• Update on vessel ETD/ETA/any delays and status of cargo clearance.

• Coordinate with logistics partners for B2B & B2C order fulfillment across the markets we operate in.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any operational issues that arise on B2B & B2C orders.

• Ensure fulfillment service levels as per target and implement corrective actions whenever necessary.

• Support any other supply chain related scope, inventory planning etc.

Requirements

• Spoken & Written Mandarin is a MUST to liaise with Chinese speaking suppliers.

• 1-2 years in any supply chain / operations related role is a bonus

• Attention to detail and efficient

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Email etc)

• Good learning attitude and quick learner
