We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Customer Engagement Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a positive and professional customer experience by conducting outbound welcome calls and addressing customer needs with care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct welcome check-in calls with customers to thank them for their policy purchase, review the policy details, ensure product suitability, and provide administrative support.
Carry out ad-hoc outreach calls as assigned.
Perform ancillary tasks to complete the call cycle effectively.
Deliver a positive and professional customer experience, ensuring service excellence.
Address and resolve customer queries and requests while adhering to service level agreements and turnaround time standards.
Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree holder qualifications are preferred.
1–3 years of experience, ideally in the insurance industry.
Strong customer-centric personality and mindset.
Pleasant and cheerful disposition.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Mandarin to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers.
