Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to oversee our Global Banking account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and account management, with well-rounded experience in both offline and online media channels. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the successful execution of media campaigns. This role will represent global team liaising with local markets coordinating the media plan and execution activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Global Banking client, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to meet client objectives, utilizing both offline and online media channels.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients.
  • Cross-Channel Coordination: Coordinate efforts across various media channels, including TV, radio, print, digital, and social media.
  • Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media buying, and analytics, to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging media channels to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, with a focus on media planning and campaign execution, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of both offline (TV, OOH, Print, Radio) and online media channels (E.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Youtube, Programmatic, Search, etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in media planning tools and software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-haves)

  • Experience in a Global banking account and/or media agency or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising).
  • Certification in project management or related fields.
