Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Support the team in generating leads through various channels, including social media, email outreach, and networking events.
• Client Communication: Assist in preparing outreach emails and communication materials to engage potential clients effectively.
• Database Management: Help maintain an organized database of prospective clients, tracking interactions and updates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on lead generation efforts and outcomes, providing valuable insights for the team.

• Strong interest in sales, client relations, and business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a team player.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the recruitment industry.
