The Challenges:

People Management: Train, mentor, and oversee kitchen staff.

What it Takes:

Diploma in Culinary Arts, 10+ years' experience (5 in supervisory roles), F&B expertise, and MS Office proficiency.
Able to work weekends and public holidays.
