We are Hiring an Administrative Assistant!
Responsibilities:
The role is to provide full support for all duties assigned by the corporate team.
Job Duties:
General Administration
Attend to all general enquiries
Filling and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department and manager
Sales Support
Work on customers quotations and follow through till closure
Coordinate and process sales orders and follow up on sales
Follow through with customer orders deliveries, billings and payments
Conduct sales calls and handle incoming calls and correspondences with professionalism.
Department sales, funnels and activities reporting to the Management.
Keep updated control and logs of customer quotations and orders activities.
Keep records of credit approvals and update SAP accordingly.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, like buyers, marketing, finance, operations and stores and etc...
Liaise with external stakeholders, like customers and partners (vendors)
And Ad-hoc duties being assigned by the Management as requested
Requirements:
A good team player.
Good attitude and willing to learn.
Good communications and writing skills.
Knowledge of operating basic Microsoft office applications, Like Word and Excel.
Able to work independently.
Minimum 3 years administrative work experience in a fast-paced environment.
